In 2012, DSB Claims was founded on the conviction that the provision of a claim service should be deeply rooted in a strong dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Over the course of eight years, we have established ourselves as a nationally recognized, award-winning claim management company dedicated to raising the bar for service standards in the industry. Today, our regional organization boasts 11 locations across Ontario, Canada spanning an area that stretches from Windsor over to Ottawa, and Niagara up to Bracebridge.

Our team of claim adjusters and advisors apply a broad and deep competence in terms of knowledge, skill and experience to delivering a robust set of claim management services to insurance brokerages, insurance companies, corporations, municipalities and the London Market.

When Dara Banga began working as a broker in the late 90’s, he immediately dedicated his time to learning the various roles in the industry with the goal of becoming a supremely-rounded insurance professional – and ultimately, an independent insurance adjuster.

By 2012, his vision became a reality when he founded DSB Claims: a nationally recognized, award-winning claim management company, which was founded on Dara’s conviction that…
